We are pleased to announce the redesign of myRRB, our collection of online services. These changes reflect our commitment to improve the user experience and make our online services more usable and intuitive while meeting user expectations.
Those familiar with our online services will notice a modern, streamlined design once they sign in to myRRB. Most notably, myRRB now boasts a traditional dropdown menu spanning the top of screen instead of the grid of tiles displaying each online service. Along with our updated look and feel, myRRB is better configured for mobile device compatibility, giving users the flexibility to use myRRB from a smartphone or tablet regardless of screen size. On a mobile device, the menu collapses to the side of the screen.
At sign in, users will also notice a new section showing recent account activity. This feature keeps users aware of their recent activity and prompts them to contact an RRB field office if they see activity they do not recognize, reinforcing our commitment to safeguard personal information.
These changes improve the layout, usability, and overall navigation while preserving the functionality that users rely on. Also, this transition to a new framework prepares myRRB for future upgrades and new service options.
Feeling a little lost? Get a closer look at our transformation in the overview shared below.
