The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) requires accountability of federal agencies for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.
The No FEAR Act requires the Railroad Retirement Board to post statistical information on the rrb.gov website concerning complaints of employment discrimination. The No FEAR Act data is updated quarterly.
The No FEAR Act also requires federal agencies to provide notice to all its employees, former employees and applicants for federal employment about the rights and remedies available under the Antidiscrimination Laws and Whistleblower Protection Laws.
In addition, agencies must train all employees about the rights and remedies available under the No FEAR Act. Periodically all RRB employees receive the mandated training.
