Effective July 1, 2025, the PIN Password system will be deactivated. To access all secure online services at RRB.gov/myRRB on or after July 1, 2025, you will need a Login.gov account.
To create a Login.gov account for use at RRB.gov, you will need a U.S. state-issued driver’s license or ID card to complete identity verification. At this time, passports are not accepted as valid identification. A U.S.-based phone number is also required; international, Google Voice, and other VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) numbers cannot be used for verification purposes.
You can pay debts or request the following documents at RRB.gov/myRRB without a Login.gov account:
- Duplicate Tax Statement
- Monthly Rate Verification Letter
- Replacement Medicare Card
- Service & Compensation Record
If you are unable to create a Login.gov account, you can still print forms and mail to the nearest field office or contact your nearest field office directly for assistance.
To find the nearest field office servicing your area, or to send a secure message, use the field office locator.
