Retired railroad employees receiving a monthly annuity from the RRB can use this service to change their mailing address.
Retired spouses and other annuitants must contact a local RRB field office to change their mailing address.
Use Change My Address to:
- View the current address the agency has on file for you.
- Update your information by entering a new street address, city, state, and zip code.
- Ensure accuracy using USPS Address Validation, which standardizes and confirms that the new address is valid.
- Review the status of your mailing address changes (including pending changes or active account information).
Confirmation correspondence may also be mailed to your new address after processing.
NOTE: Employees currently claiming sickness and unemployment benefits can update their mailing address within their claim.
