 The Office
of Administration, directed by Henry M.
Valiulis, oversees and coordinates those units that provide management
and administrative support services for the agency, such as:
- human resources management
- public affairs
- congressional inquiries
- equal opportunity and affirmative employment programs
- procurement
- telecommunications management
- personal property management
- mail, files and records management
- printing services
- supply management
- facilities management services

Mr. Valiulis is a member of the agency's Executive Committee and also serves
as the agency's Senior Executive Officer.
